I mean with that abysmal first half we need to make the starters finish the game...specifically the on defense

I know you can’t compare teams BUT Vandy played Notre Dame as tough as anyone has all year and ND is a playoff team with a loss.
That being said our slow starting is getting OLD. I’d feel much better if we acted like we wanted to be playing a game but the last 3 weeks we’ve come out flat and played sloppy. Gotta clean that shite up going fowards

Doesn't help that we keep losing guys to injuries. Seems like the first half is just breaking in new starters and trying to gel a little. Dunno.

We weren't particularly sharp early in games last year either... MSU and Florida were clear exceptions.

Also Fields is a weapon. He’s going to get more PT going forward.....even straight between the tackle running is another level with Fields in the game.

Hell we got run out of the stadium in Auburn and the first half of the Rose Bowl......it’s easy to forget that 10 months or so later but we did struggle at times last year.....
