Kirby becoming a tactical operator via the transfer portal is exactly what I expected once they announced the lax transfer rules. I wouldn't be shocked to see us become perennial movers and shakers via the portal.

The transfer rules were always going to favor the big schools, not the little schools, contrary to what the NCAA peddled.
