Tomorrow will be a true road game but Mizzou outside of 2 players don't shoot it all that well. They will throw a lot of size and athleticism at Maten. His worst game of the year was in Columbia January 10th. If our guards play well we can beat them. Would love to get a shot at Kentucky Friday afternoon too.

Agree with Barstool. Seems like people get on here to Bitch about Fox so damn much. I hope we keep him. Always like how hard his teams play even though results at times are less than desirable. Love how the shite arse fans on here are constantly bashing him about being a good Xs and Os coach.... yet 3 different people tonight and others this week say he is one of the best in the league. Yes his decision making is questionable but who’s isn’t? Georgia competes night in and night out. Don’t want another Felton era in Athens again or Jirsa. Their teams were constantly getting run out of the gym. Fox’s teams hardly ever get whipped. I truly believe he’s close. Recruiting has gotten better the last three years, no one can deny that. Just need to finish games. Time will tell! Go Dawgs!

Those same types also said we should have kept Richt, so lets not act as if what they say is worth a shite.

HAHAHA but what the people on a message board say thats no one knows who they are does matter? Mark Richt is one of the best coaches in the nation, Georgia was fortunate to land Kirby and it work out. Seen several coaches who recruit at a high level not work out.

Sometimes what fans say has more clout than what members of the NCAA bball fraternity say. Those guys are just sticking up for one of their own while totally ignoring the lack of success Fox has had.

It’s all good though, I do think Georgia can be very competitive in Basketball and compete for championships. If Fox does get let go, just hope they get the right guy in. Y’all know damn well it would suck arse to go 14-16 and 15-18 the next two seasons of the next one didn’t work out. Then what? Just get another one right? Then another. Then ohhhhh wait a minute, maybe it wasn’t so bad.

Its sucked arse ever since Harrick was canned. Is 15-17 really that much worse than 17-15? Of course not.

I'm not saying we should keep Fox. Even I'm pretty well past that, now. But, to be fair, even amongst analysts and coaches, Fox is considered yo be a good coach X's and O's coach.

If you want to blame the lack of talent on Fox for poor recruiting, fine. But it's not like we are stacked with talent and still losing. We beat some good teams this year, despite the lack of talent. We also lost some winnable games because our players failed to execute due to being less talented.

Fox wasn't going to play the dirty AAU game like plenty of the other coaches were willing to do. Not after the Harrick debacle. That is also somewhat to blame for the lack of talent. Right or wrong, that is on Fox.

I just hate how people bitch incessantly about the same shite over and over and would rather the team do poorly so that they can continue to bitch than to see the team do well.

Don’t read it then. Just telling you what I think. Why don’t you tell us what you think prick! I’m sure your basketball IQ is through the roof. Give us your expert opinion! Last time I checked, this was a message board for people to debate and give thought. Haven’t heard shite out if you on this so let’s hear it Dicky V

He may be an X's and O's coach on the defensive end but his offensive X's and O's leave something to be desired. Pedestrian basketball at best.

And that's definitely a fair arguement. Just because I have defended Fox doesn't mean I can't also see his faults. For some it's all or nothing.

I love reading people’s opinions on these boards. I think it provides good entertainment and excitement to. One thing I hate about this particular thread all season is the 80 percent of the posts are pessimistic and negative. I couldn’t agree more with you that it’s sad that our fans would rather see us lose in hopes of getting a new coach then pull for your team to win.

Success generates positive posts. Its up to fox to provide us with more reasons to be positive. He hasnt done that with his zero NCAA wins. We need to give another coach a shot to elevate our program.

We’re honestly probably going 14-16ish no matter who our coach is next year.
