I have watched their spring game 3 times now and I compare that with our spring game and its night and day.

Our team has depth, theirs doesn't.
Their QB looked lethargic on his progressions and gets the ball out late
Our team looked much faster and flying around to make tackles

Unless something changed dramatically over the last few months and we got worse, this game should be a 2-3 TD loss for Clemson.

If our D-Line can stone the run game, we will dominate. If they’re consistently getting 3-5 yards a pop and controlling the clock, the game will be much closer. We MUST stop their run game…

This is how it has been most of the Kirby era. We just got so used to stonewalling the run game of opponents that we chalked it up as a given until we saw what happened last season without the likes of JD, Wyatt, Carter etc in 21 and even just JC in 22. We had no one dominant inside and it showed. We also had Chaz instead of Nolan and some young ILBs that had to play a lot.

But yes. Shut down Mafah and co and we cruise. If they’re popping 3 plus and are hardly ever getting negative or no yards, that’ll be a much closer (and shorter) game.

My heart says 34-13 but my head says a much closer game. More like 27-17.

Yep, its the old..."They're returning 8 starters from last year."

They are ranked at #14 which means that they are not that deep.

Wear them down and take the game over.

31 - 16
