After getting his first start and first legit playing time all year, crump responded on the road with solid play and very good production.
Next game at home he's benched in place of....Wilridge.
I really think fox is just trolling sometimes.

Coming off the bench really isn't a big deal at basketball. Maybe Fox thinks it will create some scoring when Maten and/or Frazier are on the bench.

I think we've had a woman announcer at almost every game since SEC season starting, save UK and Tenn. That has to be some sort of record.

I hate that pull up 2 from JJ when there is no one underneath to potentially get a rebound. Such a low % play.

Why does yante keep getting pulled for Kessler? It's 7 minutes into the game we only have 1 foul and yante has already sat twice

I guess to keep him fresh for the end of the game. We've done it right before the TV timeouts though to give him extra rest so I'm fine with Yante sitting. Just wish the worst scholarship basketball player in UGA recent history (except maybe Tim Dixon) wasn't filling that spot.

I know you'll think I'm just piling on, but in all seriousness...
I don't understand why fox doesn't identify in the first few weeks who our best players are and give them the majority of the minutes. It's not rec league, you don't have to play 10 guys a game. Frazier, crump/Harris, parker, yante, DO should be playing the overwhelming majority of the game TOGETHER. Mixing and matching every few minutes just ruins any continuity and chemistry, not to mention we're putting completely lousy players on the floor while far more talented sit on the bench.

Agree with pretty much everything you said there. I think you need at least 8 guys, but you don't need 10 for sure. Really frustrating how often we turn the ball over.

JJ and Yante play an absolute frick ton. JJ leads the conference in minutes and Yante is just out of the top 10 even with the bullshite foul trouble costing him a ton of minutes.
I don't particularly enjoy any lineup where they both sit out, but outside of that I don't have a problem with Fox's rotations at all. kessler and geno really only play in certain situations and never play meaningful minutes. Every team has guys like that.
