But to answer your question...here ya go.First team I looked up

A decent G5 team is probably better on average than both Oregon State and Illinois. App State is definitely better than both.

Alabama was way, way, way better on the lines of scrimmage. That's why they won, not because Georgia had a few extra hours on a plane.

playing a game in Columbia SC in mid 90's humid heat, then playing in Arizona where tailgating during the day is illegal for safety reasons did us no favors. By the next game against the Gumps we were worn out. Sure Bama was very good, but our schedule that year was not a good idea.

What did my remark have to do with that point? It was simply pointing out that not all P5 OOC opponents are created equal. If you're going to entertain a philosophical discussion on scheduling, it's best to actually consider things realistically, not just whether they fit your narrow view point.

I was answering the question and I'd rather schedule any G5 over any P5 .I'll take App State over Illinois or Oregon State on almost every occasion.ASU has beat 1 P5 in 20 years...I'll take my chances with em.

Should be fun - I'd rather UGA take some of these matchups in ATL than other teams.

But I REALLY want a home and home with FSU before I die

I've been there. Tally is a dump

Give me Austin

Seth Emerson ($$) is reporting that Georgia and Texas are exploring the possibility of a home-and-home. A road trip to another iconic stadium? Be still, my heart.

There is a catch. The ‘Horns have home-and-homes scheduled throughout the next decade, so to add Georgia would mean making a decision to play more than one P5 non-conference opponent in a season or t

I live here, and agree. I just want it for the mere factor of rubbing it in to the most fickle fanbase ever - FSU.
