It's 1004 mbs right now with a long way to go. It could hit 5.

It ain’t hitting 4 or 5 without some crazy anomoly that slows this thing down. It’s going to move very quickly over the next 3 days, which doesn’t leave a lot of time to stall and ERC enough. The shift East gives it more time with the trough helping intensify, but I’m going with Cat2-3 at 10pm Thurs in Big Bend for landfall. Friday will be fun around Atlanta metro for anyone in the area. Again, travel could get interesting for the team. Might depart earlier Friday than normal

Great, folks lived in Mexico Beach during Micheal and this one is seemingly similar. I hope it stays a 2.

Michael was supposed to be a 1 or 2 and then blew up in last 36 hours. These Gulf storms are different.

According to the different 7 day forecasts, the hurricane remnant thing should be gone by Saturday evening but there could still be some sporadic regular rain at some point during the game.

Anything that Michael and Idalia haven't already taken out in the armpit area will probably be fine, based on current trajectory.

There is no threat to the UGA Bama game.

ATL will get rain and some winds and some localized flooding, and some trees down and some power outages we get with any major thunderstorm system that moves through frequently.

Everyone needs to calm their tits.

says the guy quoting a model that had it at 900mb

Congrats on picking a random spaghetti model. Also, when they evaluate it, it will eventually be recorded as a Cat 3 at landfall.

I wasnt wrong. I said 10pm on Thursday in Big Bend as a Cat 2/3. It will go down as a Cat 3 hitting Big Bend at 11pm. So I was an hour off, many days in advance lol. clown

you were spraying all over the place, just like you do with football topics. Go find a Jefferson thread for your circle jerk

If this thread was on TV, the camera would zoom in on me after scoring the winning TD and I would be making a nonchalant pointing gesture to Jesus and then the camera would zoom to IT where he would be telling the coaches how he almost tackled me twice and it really shouldn’t have been a TD.

I was in Prattville until lunchtime today. There was severe wind damage.

Three leaves were on my windshield this morning and I had to turn my wipers on to clear it.

Alabama Strong. We will rebuild.
