Was just watching the replay and noticed at the end of the first quarter after huge Lynch reception he stepped oob. However, after resetting chains clock kept ticking. Anyone else see this?

That has been the rule for a couple of years.

I think it changes within the last 2 minutes of each half (stopping the clock going out of bounds)
