Carrots and celery. When I quit smoking in 2005 I ate carrots and celery day and night to keep my hands busy and my mind off cigarettes. Sometimes with ranch dressing, sometimes just with salt.

A ton of people have shared that article with me but glad to say that no I've never heard of that dude. Everyone I was close with that worked for the city all left within about 6 months after I moved away.
