I know this game was frustrating as hell, but we do have a ton of upside in the next coming years. The thing that’s missing with this team is leadership. We have no one that has stepped up on either side of the ball and taken the role of team leader. Last year that carried this team when we needed it. Looking to see if Holyfield and a few others step up and finish this season strong. Oh, and the sooner we dump Cheney, the quicker we win a ship.

Typically, players respond to vocal leaders when those guys walk their talk and perform when the chips are down.

That's why Sony was such a force for us last year.

When the vocal leader stinks it up on the field, eventually the rest of the guys tune them out.

The problem with this year’s team is coaching. Our coaches are more worried about making sure no one gets their feelings hurt rather than making sure that our best players get enough touches. Holyfield could have had one helluva night and instead we abandon the run game while being down 2 scores. Kirby, Chaney, and the rest of the staff cost us this game. The Cajun version of Don Vito coached circles around Kirby today.
