The new punter's punt

It would've been an 80-something yarder if the field position was worse. The line of scrimmage was our own 38. It landed on the 1 yard line. Takes off into the end zone, skips over the hedges and almost injures a woman sitting in the old YMCA little kid bleachers. Seriously one of the damndest punts I've ever seen, that guy is awesome!

Butler was talking about it on Bulldog Brunch this morning...he was pretty damn impressed.

I rewatched the kick and now think it would've been closer to a 90 yarder. 62 from scrimmage, 10 yards for the end zone. Another 4 or 5 to the hedges. Hopped over the hedges and was still humming. Would've hit the tunnel area if it hadn't hit hte bleachers, which is another 12-15 yards.
