So these are called "sardines" but the fine print says they are Sprats, which is a herring. I feel violated and I haven't even eaten them yet. I'm still building myself up to it.

The older I get the more I appreciate how awesome the Black Crowes are. Every song is "big". Stretches left and right, up and down. They don't have little songs, sonically.

Sardines are very small and aren't a mercury threat. I've never heard of arsenic being in sardines. There's a lot of arsenic in rice.
