The other video is more impressive to me because I can play the chords on this one. It seems pretty basic stuff…although I don’t have that range. I have more of a Cody Jinks voice.
Funny guitar note: I have an old Fender acoustic I bought when I was in Athens. Love it but it’s not very good. I was pushing my son to learn guitar since I had one..no interest. During the power outage of Helene, he actually picked it up and learned to play and got into it. So before he went to college I bought him a mid range Yamaha acoustic…very good sounding guitar. He’s jam8ng with friends so it’s all paid off.
During the process of shopping I decided to spend some money and buy a Taylor because I got into playing again. I was actually getting excited about it ..Im a grown man with resources so I can buy a decent acoustic. But then for Christmas he comes back and bought me a Maverick guitar from Guitar Center because he thoughtI needed a better guitar than I had. He spent his own money on it for me…it came in a box. It’s okay but not a premium guitar.
So….Im going to jam that guitar because my kid bought it for me.

Theres a simple version using just the standard D chord. Then theres the way he plays it. Which makes all the difference

You'd like the studio version of this song, the live version is drawn out and jammy, but you hate that stuff.

Here's another you can play Squatch. The studio version is in D# but it's just as good in a standard tuning.
Obviously, the live version is more drawn out and jammy but I think you'll like this one.

I am pretty sure I know what the lyrics are about.
