Take a boneless chicken breast and put in a ziplock bag. Pound it out thin. Lay out and layer your choice of ham(I used boars head black forrest) and a cheese stick and roll tight. Then season with some spices and cook on indirect heat. You could drape some bacon over it to get some fat drizzle as well. Cooked to temp and let rest.

bacon weaves are easy. I learned off a demonstration off youtube. Google bacon explosion and there are a lot of examples. Honestly I don't know it enhances the taste but it for sure helps the flavor and is great presentation. Why hasn't here been a dawgrant cook off?
