SEC overall QB play

I remember when our conference was known for uninspired QB play. Not any more. Last year was awesome. Burrow was best ever. Tua was great until hurt. Plumlee and Bowman were amazing runners. Quarterbacks are just getting better.

You bring up a great point. The national media used to berate the sec for substandard qb play. It was a daily drumbeat. That has definitely changed.

But on the other side of the national media coin i have to give credit to the hated B10 too. They used to be known as slow and unathletic whipping boys, destined to lose to sec speed. But they have definitely upped their game. OSu, Penn st, wisc, minn and mich could all hold their own in the sec.

Yep, the path to the NC is now defined by excellent QB play through but running and passing.
