Screw Kirby Smart, who has the most talented roster in CFB and is getting outcoached by a man coaching 2 and 3 star players.

Agreed. But the other expectations were completely media created. He was the guy. He left. Kirby only ever gave coach speak like any other coach after that with his confidence in the other QBs etc. He never claimed Mathis was the second coming like the beat writers did. I’m frustrated as hell but as I look back on the situation as a whole I’m not totally surprised that Mathis is struggling. A healthy JT would have been the guy after Newman

I think we have stellar recruits on defense and above average on offense. And because of a lack of talent At places like receiver a lot of younger guys are playing which is where a lot of the procedure problems are coming from.

Could be why there was still a lot of wishful thinking from the staff that JT was cleared by today.
