Interesting that we would have crab entries.
You never did actually rule out any meats.

You know what would really go good with some peeled crab and during the peeling process?
Baseball bat flavored Terrapin
I'm serious. Damn.

For the record, I wasn’t sluething, just trying to closeup your wonderful winning spread. You are getting my vote, so far.

It's a must at this point.
What were the odds of having two crab dishes presented during the RibOff....Outstanding.

Well we've got a few minutes left before official sunset for Squatch to get his butt pulled, and then we'll turn RibOff3 over to K9 to organize, and execute the voting.
Well done everyone. Well done.
Many thanks

No.
If you want to know exactly where I am the next time you visit the Clinton Library, which I’m sure you frequent quite often, let me know and I’ll direct you to here.

DAT BUTT
For the record, the butt hit 205 a little before 8. It’s a shame we’re too stuffed for a second dinner. Came out great.
Bone came right out
At this point I complete my submission and am taking a rest. I leave my fate in the judges hands and am humbly confident as we live in America..where hard work and values pay off. Where for hundreds of years flame meeting meat without the aid of ovens or electric devices to maintain temp kept us strong, fed and alive to build the greatest country ever known.
I hold this heritage close to my heart with my work and deeds. Amen. And God Bless America.

For what it’s worth, I have a gas oven fueled by flame. Nothing electronic in my cook today.

It’s definitely been a day...

Great job Squatch. I think you're gonna have to get my vote because you sourced from a local farm. It looks awesome too. Great entry. Appreciate you sharing your technique.
