We have about 12 on the BUP list. I take full responsibility.

still should be an entertaining finish with the leader in the clubhouse Squatch trying to fight off Rig's Diabetic Ribs, and Litigator's surf and turf +tactical shotgun.

I'm excited.

Just cracked this thing.

-first you're looking at the can wondering why it has to be so unnecessarily ornate
-then you open it and the same old owl-piss-drained-thru-a-pinecone scent jumps out at you
-but it's doesn't taste anything like the fumes that were released

-It's really pretty damn f'ing good if I do say so myself
-and tastes nothing like baseball bat wood

-This is the best McSnoot Ale ever created, I'm not kidding. this shite is awesome. Why does it have to have such a stupid can and everything?

Thundershowers are moving in. Could get interesting coming down the homestretch. I added a 9mm to the riboff collection.

He's got a shotgun, a pistol, and brand new grill
And a Litigator can survive

It says ALcohol / Vol. 5%

Honestly, I think looking at this math, it's probably just regular Hopsecutioner mixed with Bud Light to cut the Owl Piss edge so normal people that don't like owl piss can drink it.

Also, I held the can up and looked at the bottom of it after the 6 hops washed over my pallet like I see people do. But, there's nothing under there. WTF

Old .410 New England Firearms shotgun I've had since childhood, with my old Coleman lantern that still runs off kerosene and still has the old burned nylon rope for 20+ years. This is how you chase down "varmints".

Sweet as honey...

I've already won.

Thanks JD.

DEM RIBS

Boys....I’m being honest here when I tell you this batch was excellent. Slide off the bone...sauce was optional. I use Shane’s for dipping but it wasn’t necessary.

Some of these are inverted...I have no idea why.

Coming off the grill

Plated - this is for the little guy - who eats them off the bone with no sauce. Zoom in and check the smoke ring.

Total cook time 4.5 hrs. No electricity- no oven. Just meat and flame - as God intended.

Still got a little more for the butt.

Seriously they did...verrrry tender and just enough smoke. I need to find and post that rub recipe - it makes sauce a light condiment that’s not necessary.

My first batch I sauced and grilled them but then it was all sauce...these are pure smoky pork love.

BTW - Weber Smoky Mtn holding strong at 270 after being lit at 9am this morning with meat going on at 10. We’re 9 hrs in on the butt. Could’ve pushed it sooner but didn’t want to over cook the ribs.
