It’s hard to get a good angle on a dog eating your foot.
Like I said earlier he’s a rescue we’re fostering and daddy hanging around the smoker all day isn’t very exciting. He’s a good dog but he gets pretty aggressive.

I’m just focusing on the food here as I’m entering the last phase and trying not to cook it too fast. I think the tarragon is what makes the bearnaise sauce for me. And I’ll include a pic of a firearm. Just got what was handy.
