It’s hard to get a good angle on a dog eating your foot.

Like I said earlier he’s a rescue we’re fostering and daddy hanging around the smoker all day isn’t very exciting. He’s a good dog but he gets pretty aggressive.

tough look using the most basic of store-bought BBQ sauces in a competition with some of the best BBQ'ing UGA sports fans that are affiliated with an internet message board in the world ...imo

Embrace Debate question for all competitors:

Do you refer to BBQ as:

a- the verb of cooking the meat
b- the meat after it has been cooked
c- both

Your answer will affect my score.

both with a caveat. When referring to the food it’s an adjective. Barbecue pork....barbecued ribs.

Not to be confused with oven baked ribs...

I’m just focusing on the food here as I’m entering the last phase and trying not to cook it too fast. I think the tarragon is what makes the bearnaise sauce for me. And I’ll include a pic of a firearm. Just got what was handy.

When you’re in a hole the best thing you can do is stop digging.

I know why you went to the oven. You didn’t have enough charcoal and the grill lost steam.

My grills been holding between 230 and 250 all day.
