Come home Sam, get a big house on the water at Burton or Raburn. The waters fine...

Hire him immediately. OL recruiting and coaching has not been the same without him.

Based on injuries and having to mix and match, I'd give our offensive line coaching staff a B+ or A- at this point in the season. We ran the ball up Alabama's arse with two true freshmen starting on the right side of the line and Michah Morris missing time.

Our running game is night and day more competent than last season.

If Searles does retire, I'd imagine that the Phil Rauscher feller would be our next offensive line coach.

Lake Oconee is where old football coaches go grow even older.

Remember when Pittman leapt into action and put Cade Mays’s dad’s severed pinky finger on ice in a styrofoam Chik fila cup after it got guillotined by a folding chair?

Legend.

Wonder whatever happened with that lawsuit

Maybe I’m alone in my thinking but the O-Line has been MUCH better this year. They’ve had their iffy moments in pass pro but for the most part have been solid. We complained all summer and last year about not running the ball, now all of a sudden, we look really good at it. I’m not saying this unit is elite but they’re not the problem. Coaching and scheme seem to be the problem. If we become a run heavy team, then I think we have a chance to be better than my preseason prediction of 8-4.

Injuries and inexperience are a huge problem but signing dudes who are still on the roster 3 years and not starting, or playing a good bit is another issue. When you have to start a freshman over a 2-3 year OL, you're asking for problems.
