those are the GOAT non waffle fries. My favorite ones, with being able to dump the crumbs at the bottom of the carton into my mouth at the very end, extra salt

Plus they add variety to the batch along with the shard pieces at bottom of fry container that pick up all the tasty salt residue. The whole assortment is pretty genius.

Those are actually my favorite part. They wad up nice, unlike the giant waffled pieces, so you can get a good dip of ketchup on em. What I can't figure out is why every fast food restaurant doesn't have the good ketchup and sauce dipping packet/container that CFA has. The ones with the hard bottom instead of the traditional packet. It's so much better.

CFA has shown with pretty much everything they offer that they will put a little extra money into the products, packaging included. The plastic nugget containers/salad boxes, the boxes and half-wrapper for the chargrill sandwiches, and even the sweet tea jugs.....the nice, thick, totally clear ones. Just the process of breading all of the fried stuff in-house and having the dedicated fryers. All of that adds up to a better product appearance and it works for them.

I didn't realize that the eating of the crispy shards was such a widespread phenomenon. I love them as well.

Agree. Ive never even used the “pour” function on them, just the “dip” function. But its nice having something highly engineered. Same with the foil sandwich envelopes for heat retention and thick styrofoam cups to keep your extra large unsweet tea fresh the rest of afternoon. Just lets you know they actually want you to enjoy their product after the money is exchanged. Crazy how that’s something rare and makes them standout

In my house, it’s just called “tea”. When you order it at restaurants though, you have to call it “unsweet tea”. Otherwise, they bring you out a children’s version of tea with four cups of sugar in it.

I've since swapped over to the sriracha sauce. It's basically the Polynesian sauce with red pepper flakes in it for an added bite.

See, I didn't even know about this sauce. That's why we share things. I'm learning.

One of my friends worked at cfa in high school at town center mall in Kennesaw. He said the black people always ordered polyponesion (sic) sauce and a Sprite with no ice, and a cup of ice.

Sorry for the random memory.

Honestly, I had no idea about it either. It was released pretty quietly. I discovered it during pre-game festivities at the World Congress Center before we played in the natty.
