He's selling his spec house he actually owns 2 lake houses on burton right now

If it's the same house it's an investment property that he owns 50/50 with the builder. they starting asking $16 Mil last year and have steadily dropped the price to $11 MIl. It may sit for 2-3 more years in this market.
