That's the guy. So UGA admits people like Nick Marshall.

Pot, meet kettle.

Cudos to Malcolm for straightening it out on his own, though.

it's college athletics, they're not all going to be honor roll students. Don't pretend like "georgia tech university" marbury was some sort of scholar.

And teaches them to read. I don't know why any of us waste our time responding to you. I, for one, will refrain.

He's just a jealous old man. If he wants to waste his time being an a-hole on a UGA message board, let him waste his time being an a-hole on a UGA message board. I'm not sorry that his life obviously sucks balls.

There's a far, far cry from reading at a 9th grade level and being functionally illiterate. I'm willing to bet that there are quite a few math nerds at Tech that read at a 9th grade level. Some folks are just stronger/weaker in certain areas, some have learning disabilities that slow down the development of certain skills, and others just don't have access to comparable tools and education that many others do. Reading at a 9th grade level headed into college isn't going to do you any favors but it's not as insurmountable an obstacle as teaching the kids at UNC who were only operating at a 4th grade level. Now THAT is some messed up stuff.

Most of these players can't read at their respective level. There was a study done in MS that over 40% of Freshman couldn't read at a college level

I was being facetious #Cam Newton. I've never heard an Aubie say "my son/daughter had a class with Cam Newton!"
