So I guess you thought the Drew ejection was a good call then?

I figure I'll bump this thread since it seems appropriate.

I'm not going to write in, but the UF USC refs were equally terrible yesterday.

There were 3 overlooked obvious facemask calls (one was even on us.)

Both teams OL were allowed to hold as much as they wanted. Our OT Shell, pulled a DE to the ground and then laid on top of him. Clowney had a UF OT grab him for a horse collar while Clowney dragged him for 3 yards.

Shaq Roland had a TD, they showed it on the big screen, it was a legit TD, but they rushed the replay and didn't overturn.

It was a joke, we won, that's cool, but at least the refs were blowing calls both ways.

I was too busy burying my head in bourbon last night, how was that UF game so close?

UF tried to win, they didn't come in with a "the season is over," attitude.

The 1st half: Our DL and LB's didn't do a good job plugging holes, so we gave up too many gaps and rushing yards. The 2nd half they figured out what was fricking up and fixed it. We saw that they weren't even going to try and pass, so we stuck 8 in the box.

UF's defense is really good, even with the guys they had injured. Their front 4 are nasty. Our backup RB stepped up huge though when MD28 was injured.

It also didn't help that the refs blew 2 calls inside UF's 5 yard line. We should've come away with 14, but settled on 2 FG's.

Yeah, we allowed about 150 rushing yards in the 1st half, and then 50rushing yards and 0 points in the 2nd half. UF picked up most of their 107 total passing yards on the last 2 drives they had, they only passed for 11 yards in the 1st half.

Jeez, sounds like a typical UF game though.
