Gainfully employed, praise God. Just bought a house, just had my first child. Got baptized last year. Wife graduated and got a great job. I am blessed.

No I keep a low profile. Plus I'd probably get fired if I criticized Israel like I do online.

Does higher prices for everything and the fact that we are wasting tax dollars and American lives in another Middle East war that won't accomplish anything not make you frustrated?

I really bought into the American first stuff and feel like a buffoon

Per Al Jazeera, the straight is open. Oil is passing through. Just not for any Israel or US ships. And US ships don't operate there to begin with, so it's no direct impact to us.

It's the oil barons taking advantage of the situation to frick oil prices.

My Exxon stock loves it. My budget doesn't.

Trump saying we're close to wrapping up. Meanwhile Bibi, speaking in Hebrew, says it will take however long it will take.

Reports of boots on the ground coming soon came out before Trump's comments

Reminds me of the Friday before they started bombing. I think trump is trying to rope a dope Iran.

Warmouth's official prediction - boots on the ground arrive in Iran tomorrow as a "surprise attack"

Boots on the ground in Iran? I saw a report saying boots being added to the middle east, around 2k, but not specifically IN Iran.

Its pretty wild to watch two people in different stages of grief argue ..

The one dude that has reached stage 2 (anger) has such an unfair advantage over you since you’re still only in stage 1 (denial). Its not a fair fight, and it makes me sad

He betrayed you. Accept it. Deal with it.

Its fricking over, dude. He conned us all

His daddy was front man for the mob

His biggest mentor was Eugene McCarthy's right hand man then he was THE mob lawyer till he died.

So "Megatron" is confirming that Iran actually was a much bigger threat than previously thought?

So the top three Hormuz exporters are allowed to pass.

When will the prices come down per bbl?

Idk we just bought a bunch of Iranian oil that was at sea apparently???

Developing situation

Chat gpt says it's not open

Short answer: basically none (or extremely few).
Recent reporting shows traffic has collapsed from normal levels (~100+ ships/day) to around 3 ships per day or fewer during the current crisis ?
Wall Street Journal
On some recent days, it dropped even lower—as little as 1 ship in a day ?
S&P Global
Real-time assessments describe the strait as “effectively closed,” with near-zero commercial transits ?
Hormuz Strait Monitor
So “today” (March 20, 2026):
There isn’t a confirmed exact live count for today, but based on all current data: ?? Likely 0–3 ships at most, and very possibly zero.
For context:
Normal: ~60–140 ships/day
Current: near shutdown, only rare or politically approved crossings
If you want, I can pull a live vessel map and estimate exactly how many are in the channel right now
