The big zinger I ended my customer feedback survey with was "You are the largest grocery store chain in America but you are getting outdone by an online bookstore. You are pathetic."

There’s typically clearance to either side of the stock. If not, you find a nearby item that you can get to on the backside and you move the items in front of what you’re trying to get with it. Basic tool skills, man. It sounds more difficult than it is.

I did do a pick-up from Walmart today. I noticed you can pick dates there and at Kroger now that are same day or the next day. For a while, they were booked up a week out. I may start doing it again for the items I can get that way. Toilet paper ain’t one.
