How bad he did against that Clemson d makes me pumps the brakes on anything if this sort. Need to be able to read elite defense to win one. But he has also had alot of time to train so we will see.

That’s a bit unfair. Clemson is nearly NFL level on D. WF is closer to high school than NFL. Plus he was down a couple of WR’s if memory serves

Well, without Fields in the mix he has pretty good odds as a QB.

Whoever practices the best against our secondary deserves to start, but Newman's mobility is interesting...
