Just look at Ohio State, Clemson, and now LSU all are elite teams because they have a strong defense and an elite offense. This old style of play is simply outdated. The game has changed and we must change with it or we 10 or 11 win seasons with no titles will be our absolute limit

Absolutely, if Kirby comes out with this chicken shite offense next season we have to start asking some questions. Our athletes are just as good as those teams you've mentioned. It's a shame we wasted this defense.

It's not even the "old style of play" excuse. The offense didn't look this discombobulated with Fromm under Chaney. Just have a guy who knows what the frick he's doing running the offense.

That doesn't excuse the lack of execution by the WRs. Tyler Simmons has been an absolute liability since the NCG against Bama.

Simmons didn't see enough targets before this year to really warrant the criticism. He didn't develop into the kind of player we hoped he would.
