Is Lecounte out for the first half of the UT game?

From my understanding, he's good to go, but a friend of mine told me he's out for the first half.

He’s fine. The penalty was in the first half. If it happened second half he’d be out until halftime of the Tennessee game

I knew if it happened in the 1st half the player didn't miss any time the next game. The announcer on TV discussed how that Lecounte making that penalty (which was a BS call) would also cost GA next week with TN coming in. I thought to myself did they change the dang rule again? Am I the only one that heard the announcer say he'd miss the 1st half vs TN also?
