Looked but have to obv have cancel opportunity which most don’t. Not that confident..I am a UGA fan.

I get it. All the early cancel homes were gone in September. Just about everything left is non-refundable.

You waited way too long. Rooms have been sold out for weeks, if not a couple months.

Yep. Got busy. It’s no big deal. Will have tickets if we still want to go.

Have been to Indy and Indiana plenty in the winter. It doesn’t excite me enough. Will just focus on (hopefully) going to the game and getting in and out.

Also just have to have a hair trigger if we win SEC championship…

The CFP’s management committee — made up of 10 FBS conference commissioners and Notre Dame’s athletic director — awarded the championship games for the 2020-2023 seasons without a traditional bidding process. With the goal of playing “10 in 10,” as Hancock put it — playing the first 10 years of the championship game in 10 different cities — the management committee chose instead to identify potential cities and to negotiate with them. The process was similar to how the first two championship sites were awarded.

the management committee considered the potential for inclement winter weather. The average high temperature in Indianapolis in January is 34.5 degrees. But Hancock noted the “terrific domed stadium” and a concise downtown footprint.

Wonder if they considered the whole getting in and out of the area by plane or car while they planned that. We’re just hoping for clear weather. We can deal with the cold.

Yeah, I wasn’t too sure. I looked up historical weather patterns and it appeared that Indy at least gets some in January; around 8 inches on average according to what I found. I certainly hope you’re correct, though. Would make it a nice trip outside of the sheer cold.
