I haven't watched ND or Indiana play at all this year but I did watch a Brooks breakdown of Notre Dame defense, and it looks like ND has a nasty defense and since we're breaking in a new QB I would elect for Indiana in the sugar bowl and not a top 5 D.

I disagree. This is pretty awesome. If not for a 12 team playoff, the Gasparilla Bowl would have been the primetime game.

For all the hype about home stadiums, the main effect seems to be that the weather sucks up north. No college teams are conditioned for this, even B1G teams. The quality of football will be bad most likely.
