We all know what Kirby wants on the field.
He wants the 2 Es: efficiency and explosiveness.
That's great, but how do you get there?
We always hear about finding players to fit a system, but do coordinators and position coaches also have to similarly mesh together to execute? I was a player and love to be a student of the game, but I wonder how the dynamic between those roles work.

To put simply, was/is Coley asking different things from Pittman's unit that maybe don't work well with who he is bringing in? And this goes for any position group...

Kirby can find anyone to go out and execute what he wants to be accomplished, but how they get there that could be different. Kirby can go out and hire all kinds of A+ recruiters and well known position coaches, but if the sum of all those parts working together doesn't work, it doesn't matter how great of a position coach you are.

Looking for hope that we can figure out a way to be better next year with the coaches we have and players we have or are bringing in.

The defense will be better. The offense will continue to sputter as long as Kirby has Yes Men like Coley running his 1890's offense.

Everyone has to truly commit to getting better. Team dynamics, organizational harmony, these are things we don’t get to see from the outside but play a huge role in going from very good to great as we are trying to do

The offense will dictate the OL scheme for sure. I prefer drive blocking, pulling guards, etc. Seems like zone blocking is the current in-vogue style as it doesn't tip off run/ pass in the spread.
