Tarragon? Interesting.

It’s great on buttered corn. Give it a try.

Deeprig9,

Is this even the final official RibOff thread for today? People are asking me to say Grace to get things started , and you’re asleep at the wheel. Again

All, I apologize. Around 4am last night I woke up deathly sick from a stomach bug or foodborne illness, I don't know. I was on the toilet about to google methods of suicide in a bathroom when I checked in on this thread and saw the brisket update at 3am and it gave me just enough strength to hang on. Had it not been for house guests, I might never have gotten out of bed today. And even then it was 11:00 am. I was bad off yall. I didn't start feeling normal until around 1 or 2 this afternoon.

But I'm back, feeling great again, and I still intend to make a submission tomorrow. Cooked a bunch of stuff today, had a great time and shot off a lot of fireworks, tried to take as many pics as possible, but no chance of putting together an entry. Which I imagined would be the case for a lot of people, which is why I extended entries through the 5th in the original post. One day to do all the work, another day to put it all together in a quality entry.

I thank you all for your participation.

Haha. You’re actually buying this?

What happens sitting on a toilet seat where you can’t finish what you started and moderate a RibOff? Plus July 5th was baked in the whole time if you go back and read the fine print

We got sold a vacuum cleaner

And then scolded LSU fan for submitting early. Would have made more sense to make it 3-4 instead of 4-5....you may be on to something

Post it in the submission thread. Also include a write up of how you cooked it and what sides you had with it. If you had corn please specify if it was local corn or GMO corn from a supermarket.
