Porkstrami ribs came out amazing. Might be the only way I do them now.
They taste like a mix between smoked country ham and bacon.
Cure brined them with pink salt and spices for three days before smoking 6 hrs at 225°.

That is an amazing adios song, to Jimmy. Just now seeing it because I've been distracted by assassinations and resignations and such.

One of the best under-three-minute songs ever recorded.

Not my video but I was this show. If you have a chance to go to the Sphere, do it.

If we're talking under 3 minutes, here's a popular gem from CCR that clocks in at 2:36.

It's just an ordinary story 'bout the way things go

I want your take on this. A random thought came to me today on the road, as AC/DC came on the radio, song was "Have a Drink On Me", and I realized they are just a hard rock version of Creedence Clearwater Revival. After this epiphany, I'll never hear AC/DC the same way again.

Song in question embedded for convenience:

He even sounds like John Fogerty on a bender.

I don’t think people are taking the flooding potential of this storm seriously enough.

Should we post songs about rain and floods etc to sound the alarm ?

Now over cross towns where I wanna go

To see my honey,
but I don’t no

Guess I’m gonna half to row

It’s like the Gulf of Mexico
down by texaco
