Exactly. Promote the most competent Grad. Assistant and tell him his only job special teams 24/7.

Then when whichever position loses a coach starts to suck everyone will be furious we are one of the few teams with a dedicated special teams coach. There's a limit on the number of assistants you can have...

Not sure what the answer is but a lot of teams in the NCAA have a special teams coordinator and they make it work. All I know is that it is clear that our current approach to it does not and has never worked.

Can the AD fire every coach after this loss? Do we continue to have to be known as UGA and CMR? How about UGA and Coach Lilly? Sounds good for the remainder of the season.
