So if a student-athlete's parent decides to file a frivolous lawsuit against the school - which will likely get tossed as far as the school being a liable party - does that directly impact the student-athlete's well-being? That is quite a stretch...especially if the purpose of filing the suit in the first place is to CREATE the "mitigating circumstances"! I mean, if there was ever a case that the NCAA should REFUSE to grant....
