I would not be surprised if they hire Brian Bohannon. He has experience there, he's young, and he is probably not as stubborn as CPJ to realize they need to put in a spread offense.

Nah...Bohannon has that flexbone ingrained on his DNA just like Paul Johnson.

Besides...to hear Johnson talk, they already have a spread offense in there. It kinda is, if you take into consideration that the o-line has 3-foot gaps when they come to the LOS.

The problem is, they can't throw. And haven't had a legit threat to throw since Nesbitt was the QB.

Justin Thomas had some decent passing numbers in 2014 that helped get us to the Orange Bowl. We’ve had three decent QBs over the past 3 years (Nesbitt, Washington, and JT) and 2 subpar ones (Vad Lee, TM).

It is what it is.

It’s never as good or bad as it seems.

But Nesbitt was the best of the 3. He's been the only one that made me hold my breath and hope for the best when he dropped back to pass.

He had the running ability, the arm, and was taller than the average option QB. He was scary running that option.
