Pretty shitty list of QBs. Most SEC teams would start Eason no question with options like that.

Apparently CKS saw some good things in Eason from this past week:

Smart also had good things to say about Eason, saying “not a lot of the woes offensively were his fault.” “He had a couple of misreads and didn’t look at the right thing first in the game, but he had some really good plays too,” Smart said. “He stayed in the pocket, he threw some good balls and he’s really at his best when he can make those downfield throws and show some velocity on the throws. He also handled the huddle much better than he did in the previous game, so not a lot of the woes offensively were his fault. Some of that was just a lack of ability to run the ball and play with physical toughness. He handled things much better than the first game and we hope he continues to show that kind of improvement as we move forward.”

I think Smart is doing the right thing.

He is playing them situationally.

Currently, Eason is better in some situations; Lambert is better in others.

Georgia should do what gives them the best chance to win now.

Lambert is definitely the best knee taker we have on roster, ask anybody.

To be fair, that 3rd down conversion on the bad snap was clutch. Not sure Eason would have handled it like Lambert.

That being said, I think there is little at this point that Lambert can do that Eason can't do. Lambert's snaps should remain situational while Eason gets the majority.

Guys, the drops will not stop until Eason is full time #1. No different than all the drops in DJS and Greene ' carousel.

Lambert has no confidence in his arm, eason maybe has too much, that said Eason is the future and runs the o better than lambert already. Play him.

For those doubting easons arm, I think he has better touch than Stafford who drilled everything. Touch is important.

I don't think anyone is doubting his arm.

We won't have the security blanket in Lambert next year,so they better stick Eason out there, and leave him to face all kinds of adversities
