Coming into the Georgia Tech game, there were only two players on the Georgia roster who were on the team for UGA’s last loss in Sanford Stadium (South Carolina in 2019): Xavier Truss and Dan Jackson.

Dan was an absolute nobody at the time, but as the last five years have gone by, he’s become a bigger and bigger part of the team. He’s been there for every one of the 31 straight home wins.

He and Truss are the last ones to remember what it was like to lose Between the Hedges.

And he was going to make damn sure it didn’t happen again on his watch

God Bless Dan Jackson

Dan has had a better season than Starks, or any DB on the roster for that matter. I didn’t see that coming.

Even when he misses a tackle, he does it at 100mph and affects the runner. Some of his fills look like he was shot out of a cannon.

Dan is as good as anyone at the position. Trust him completely

Could see him being a 4th round pick.
