Anthony Edwards appreciation post (Plus Big News!)

People were critical of him early, but he’s locked up the #1 pick now.
Leads the nation in Freshmen PPG by a wide margin.
A lot of guys like him would pack it in during a season like we’ve had. Anthony loves playing for UGA. Will root for him big time in the next level.
Big News: Watching Hammonds interview after the game and he said he’s coming back next year! Not super surprised, but he and Camara should be really solid next year.

DGD for sure. We appreciate your passion! We’ll see about next year. UGA made the greatest run in our basketball history the year AFTER Nique left. We have some pieces. Really excited about Starks and Johnson. Both can score really well. Still not sold on Crean... but this season is not over... You never know when you got the #1 pick... March can be crazy... and UGA can beat anyone on any giving night when they’re making shots.

He plays. Its BB. The injury risk is too low not to go give somebody a bit of work.
