The penalty for fake rape claims (not saying this is, btw) needs to be much, much, much harsher. As it stands now, a woman faces no real punishment for a fake rape claim while a man's name is dragged through the mud and his life is ruined forever, even if he's innocent.
The penalty for a fake rape claim needs to be equally severe to what the man would have gotten had he actually committed the act.

Latest update I saw:
Earlier this year was also indicted in Oconee from the second girl that came forward (because of apartment location).
May 5th Motion filed by Sadow to consolidate those cases in Athens. If they consolidate, with discovery and motions on the second girl, don’t expect this to be on trial until the Fall (almost two years) at best.
