That's not the purpose of this thread, mongotard.

More good news for non-cowards that haven't quit on the Dawgs and who don't eat their own feces:

-Iron Bowl is at 3:30
-and COFH is unscheduled, but will either be at noon or a night game.
-so, they won't be at same time this year

-meaning we will get to watch the western SEC playoff game to see who earns a spot with us in ATL

But how many of those 1 loss champs were blown out by there oldest rival?

A single loss in a competitive game doesn't bother me. Getting blown out does and signals that we still need better recruiting and development in the trenches.

The worst loss of the recent ones is 2 TDs by OSU vs a 6-6 VT team at home.

Records are meant to be broken. If we win out, the Auburn game will be the next standard future teams will be judged by.

Yea, 2 TD's isn't a blow-out from my perspective. I could easily rationalize losing to Auburn by 2 touchdowns and still feel like our team was still possibly a playoff caliber team. Honestly, right now I don't feel that way after seeing how our offense played against Auburn.

It was all a ploy, and part of Kirby's master plan. They won't know what'll hit them in Atlanta

-Dawgs open as 24 point favorite against Kentucky
-already down to 21.5

-Kirby/Georgia stock is plummeting

-which plays into our hand, though

-go on and underestimate us mother frickers

February 9, 1980: USSR 10, USA 3.
February 22, 1980: USA 4, USSR 3.

A lot can happen in two weeks....

Go back and look at who the teams some of those champs lost to. Getting blown out by a top ten rival is about as acceptable as barely losing to a non ranked very marginal team.

I mean I never expected a national championship team this year.
I expected us to win the east. We have done so.

Does that mean I don't think we have a shot to get to the playoffs- no, we have a very good shot. Especially if we play auburn again. They aren't as good as they looked Saturday, and we aren't as bad as we looked either.
