I guess we have to settle for SC as a permanent rival. I looked back and last year is the first year didn't play SC since 1958(unless I overlooked something). Still I know a lot of us would rather make a road trip to Knoxville, Lexington, or Nashville every year. That was one great thing about the SEC East.

The 3 permanents go under review every 4 years.
Also with no divisions we are guaranteed to play every team once every two years... assuming they don't repeat opponents....which may be a big assumption. Should find out more tonight

Conversely it's sorta funny to think Vandy, Ky, MS St. or SC (to a lesser extent) to had all the big guns wanting them. Not exactly a spot you want to find yourself in.
