Ended with the same record as last year and minus a super regional
Pitching was worse then it was last year

As somebody who has avidly watched UGA baseball for the past 30 years, this was quite easily my least favorite team. Terrible pitching start to finish. Undisciplined hitters who only can tee off on piped fastballs. Bat flipping at the opponent dugout down 3-2. Unbuttoned shirts and gold chains. How is it that we watched those POS Vitrello Tennessee teams and then decided to emulate that? Clean this crap up or send Wes packing. Oh wait we just signed him to an extension. Fitting end to a massive UNDERachieving season.

Not that it matters because we probably would have gotten best by them too, but Murray State looks like it is coming out of Oxford

This is always such a strange take. Perhaps if Murray state played UT/UGA/Arkansas/AU/LSU/etc every weekend they wouldn't even be in the postseason?
both things can be equally true at once: 1) The SEC was by far, FAR, without even a close second, the best and toughest league all year, and 2) Some SEC teams, in a limited weekend setting, didn't perform as well as expected
