Dawgs lead 7-3 going into the bottom of the 9th
We have 11 hits on the day for anyone wondering about the offense. Just can’t manage to get anything out of this yard with the wind like it is; Obee, Burnett, and Phelps have each had 1-2 apiece that are likely gone in normal weather

Dawgs win it 7-3 with a 3 up 3 down 9th by Curley
Great start to the year, we will see if we can get a game in tomorrow. Davis and Curley lived up their billing on the mound and offense came alive

To your point, Burnett put a nice swing in one to left that just quickly turned into a can of corn. Wind is supposed to be 25-30 mph over there today after playing 15-20 past couple of days

Brown getting shelled early. 3 hits, a walk, and a sac fly so far and UNCW leads early with bases loaded and 1 out.

Hammond gets a strike out looking but a wild pitch scores another run and a walk puts runners on the corners with 2 out. Mercifully wend the inning on a fly ball to center

So we’re gonna get shelled in SEC Play.. if it makes anyone else feel better or care #11 Duke is about to be swept or run ruled for the second time I believe this weekend and #15 Clemson is about to lose

Meh. We didn’t throw Kolten at all this weekend and the wind is such that you can’t produce any offense through the long ball. We will still have gone 3-1 on the road this weekend including a win against a squad that is probably going to win its conference again and be in the tourney.
