Def a place where Hunter, Kolby, and Slate need to step up. Frankly, so do Finley and Kolten. They’ve all been in this spot and won last year.

Ignoring the duke revenge factor and going strictly by this season, who would we prefer out of OSU/Duke?

OSU over Duke. OSU was a last four in squad and Duke has seemingly more lefty arms including their ace

Wes’ new salary is $1.3 mill per Dasher. Was $1 mill but he was making $1.2 after bonuses for making the postseason, hosting, etc. no word yet on what his new bonuses are but likely puts him in the $1.5+ range with a season like this one.

Interesting. Wes just said that Finley will get the game 1 start. Means Curley is almost guaranteed to be our Saturday arm and I guess Quinn or Kolten on Sunday

Makes sense to throw Finley if he gives you the 6-7 innings he has been lately. Saves bullpen for the weekend and saves Curley for game 2. Also, while Quinn has looked good lately this would be his first bigs series start all year and that’s a risky proposition. For example, look at Finely last year vs Army when he was clearly overthrowing due to the moment

Looking at the radar and field prep time, guessing it will be more on the 4-5pm side of things, then Duke/OSU would follow?

Should be a pretty quick turnaround once rain passes. Not every as much field prep required with turf as there would be with grass and dirt
