Could we potentially get the 1 seed if UF sweeps Texas and we sweep Bama? That would be wild. We’d also have the tiebreaker over Arkansas too.

Kolten gives up a bloop and a blast to Bama to lead off the bottom of the 1st
Then issues a 4 and 5 pitch walk, respectively before getting a merciful pop up to the catcher to give him something to work with.
Now a wild pitch and both runners advance. 2 RISP with 1 away
Sac fly scores the go-ahead. Runner on 3rd, 2 away

Game 2 it hasn’t been unhittable but their starter is a lot better (Riley Quick, he’s supposed to be their ace anyway)
Definite favoritism from the home plate ump in this one; we’ve been getting squeeze but Bama pitcher has a discernibly wider zone to throw to. But when you demonstrate command, umps will work with you. We’re just not getting marginal calls while Quick is

Thinking we may not be playing another game this weekend after tonight. No other reason to force play to continue in these weather conditions. Feels like Birmingham is forcing this to continue for the sake of not being down 2 games for 2 teams in the final standings and screwing up seeding
