We will be much better when it’s finely, Kolten, and Charlie as our consistent starting 3 on weekends. Other guys just aren’t comfortable in that 1st inning for some reason

Going from a run rule game, emptying the stadium, straight into a 7 run game with a guy starting for the first time this season. Just a bad setup and FGCU has jumped all over us and we have no juice left

Idk it could or couldn’t. Their lineup is actually pretty good. Seems like pitching is their issue so idk how that shakes out for them in the ASUN which has some pretty consistent tourney teams they have to compete with (Austin Peay, Stetson, UNF. They also have West Ga who we play midweek later in the year and is currently 7-3).
Problem with losing to teams like this in 4 game series is that it could totally be an anomaly but there’s no way to predict if they just got hot and actually suck or if this is who they are)

The upside of bad starts is that this team has proven to itself already that it can hang
Jackson, Alford, and Burnett go down in order in the 8th
