Crean should be fired now and forfeit the rest of the games so we can build this program for the future. We are going winless in the SEC anyway.

If UGA would have retained all those players, chances are pretty good we’d be possibly ranked or pretty solid as a team. That all falls on Crean. He’s washed up and needs to go. As long as we can keep Wright and Oquendo, the next coach (hopefully Pitino) can fill in the blanks.

No but he sure as hell will secure Georgia for the most part (Edward’s and Kessler) to name an example. He’s at Xavier now. They’re top 20 and in recruiting. He’ll lock it down.

Funny you mention those two bc I was just about to say was that the last time we actually had a pretty solid team, the Harrick years? I was there at the time and everything got overshadowed at the end with the whole Tony Cole and Steve Thomas fiasco.

Probably won't be fired until end of the year unfortunately. Seth Emerson mentioned the buyout drops from 7 mil to just over 2 mil at the end of this season.
So unless a booster is embarrassed by this shite and offers to cover it, I doubt they pull the trigger. I'm sure they will start to put feelers out regardless. Hopefully it's Jonas or Pitino.
