Would have agreed with you (Walker->UGA, McC->SC), but have heard some things on McClendon that lead me to believe we have decided he is a 100% take at this point. Theory is that this is why he has moved up his commitment.
I certainly think Walker is close, but it's a position of need for us and Kirby has personally taken charge of his recruiting. Hard for the to imagine him not landing with us.

I agree on Walker but boom is also recruiting him personally, and Mcclendon I gotta think the fact his cousin is OC here is a huge draw. Last I heard on both sides is Mcclendon has indicated SC is the choice but I haven't got double verification and my one is solid but was also the one who told me Savion Jackson was ours.

McClendon is interesting. Lots of Georgia in his family as well. Like I said, wouldn't have picked him to Georgia until today. Still feel good about Walker. I would say that if he doesn't show up in Athens last weekend of July for our stadium reveal, then we would have serious cause for concern.

As I've stated on our board, I've heard good things on Walker just don't feel like we pull it off but with boom, lance Thompson, and trob in his ear and the family pull anything is possible. Mcclendon I've heard he was all SC for a long time but Pittman has done a ton of work to get in on him, and that worries me. Like you said tons of dawn blood there.

All good as far as I'm concerned. I also try to be unbiased, but at this point, Pittman basically pulls whoever he wants. It's ridiculous. We are taking 3 OL most likely. Already have Xavier Truss on board. Looking like we will take McClendon and then leave a spot for one more OT type (Darnell Wright being the top target).

Wolford is no slouch here either, he left the 49ers to come back to SC...i know that is homerish but that does help. Him and Pittman are the best of coaches in the sec period, so that's a wash it really comes down to famialrity, which Imp is a push so I feel family gives us the edge on warren. Now Walker I stand by he is all dawg.
Edit: I do think it's a case of both driving interest up...i may be wrong but that's how I see it based on my info.

We shall see. I think McClendon will commit one way or another very soon. Walker I think we have to wait for at least another month or two.

If Mcclendon commits soon ibthink it's us and the longer waljer goes the better for us. Just based on the lead we had on Mcclendon and the lead y'all had on Walker. I think both will be very close. I do appreciate the talk and insight, hope you guys feel the same on mine.

McClendon is definitely a take if he wants to come. We would love to get Wright at OT, but that is a long shot, and we would take Clay Webb, too, but he is a long shot, too.

Not too homer, and even if you were a bit, it would be okay. We all have hopes for recruits, and it is near impossible to not allow it to affect us.
I do believe we have a better shot at Walker than McClendon. It was not too long ago Walker was 100% crystal balls to us, but South Carolina has gotten a couple lately, so that tells you they are getting into the game big time.
Auburn thinks they are a player with Walker, but they really aren't AT THIS TIME. That, obviously could change, but they were late to the party, and have a long way to go to become a true player.

Haven't seen or heard anything concrete on Walker to give worry. As others have said, I think the July 27 stadium reveal will be the indicator. If he shows, prepare the gifs. If he is absent, prepare the pitch forks.
